- Excludes candidates currently registered and/or in engagement with Vincita within the last 12 months from the date the referral was submitted.
- Permanent employees and contract and temporary workers working directly for Vincita are not eligible to participate in this Candidate Referral Programs.
- To qualify for a reward, your referred friend/relatives or acquaintance must be referred and placed within a 6 month period upon registration.
- We can only accept referrals for people already working in the Malaysia, or those who are eligible to work in Malaysia.
- If your friend/relatives or acquaintance is placed in a role by Vincita, you will receive an e-mail notification within two weeks of the hire, which will also include details about your referral award payout.
- You will be eligible for your gift once your referred candidate passes their probation either in a temporary or permanent role.
- Referral award don’t apply for internal job transfers.
- Vincita reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
- The referral gift is not redeemable for cash.
- Vincita will not make referral payments that violate applicable laws or agreements with third parties.
- The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time by Vincita without notice.
- This program may be terminated at any time in Vincita’s sole discretion and without notice.
