Job Description:
VINOVA, a leading technology company based in Singapore and offices in Hanoi, HCM and Danang - Vietnam, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employer Branding & Engagement Specialist to join our team. As the Employer Branding & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our organization. You will work closely with our HR team to create a positive and engaging work culture that aligns with our company values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent for the organization
- Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels, including social media, job boards, career fairs, and other recruitment events
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to continually improve and enhance the employer brand
- Manage the company's online presence and reputation through social media and other digital platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies, to attract top talent
- Plan and execute internal events and activities to foster a positive and engaging work culture
- Develop and maintain employee communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement levels and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in employer branding and engagement to continuously improve our strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment, or employee engagement
- Strong understanding of employer branding and recruitment strategies and best practices
- Experience in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to attract and retain top talent
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese job market and recruitment landscape
