About the job Scheduling Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, clients, and other stakeholders using online scheduling tools and video conferencing software
  • Maintain and update digital calendars and scheduling systems
  • Confirm appointments and meetings with attendees via email or phone
  • Send out appointment reminders
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and find alternative time slots
  • Keep track of employee availability and time off requests
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials electronically
  • Answer emails and phone calls related to scheduling
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a remote scheduling role
  • Knowledge of scheduling software
  • Customer service experience

Hours:

  • Flexible hours, typically Monday-Friday during business hours
