About the job Scheduling Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, clients, and other stakeholders using online scheduling tools and video conferencing software
- Maintain and update digital calendars and scheduling systems
- Confirm appointments and meetings with attendees via email or phone
- Send out appointment reminders
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
- Manage scheduling conflicts and find alternative time slots
- Keep track of employee availability and time off requests
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials electronically
- Answer emails and phone calls related to scheduling
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a remote scheduling role
- Knowledge of scheduling software
- Customer service experience
Hours:
- Flexible hours, typically Monday-Friday during business hours
