Role Description:

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Guest Experience Specialist located in Dobbs Ferry, NY

The Guest Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, and ensuring an overall positive experience for clients.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of skin treatments and care, and a passion for delivering results. Additionally, the specialist will assist with social media content creation and posting, marketing events, administrative tasks, and contribute to fostering a welcoming and positive environment for all clients.

Must be able to work together with the team in a professional manner and be a self-starter.

Qualificiations

  • Strong background in customer services, customer support, and enhancing customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and creating lasting relationships
  • Embraces growth by learning from mistakes and continually improving
  • Proficiency with office software and technology
  • Consistently striving for better results and stay proactive
  • Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player
  • Driven to deliver strong results by focusing on key performing indicators and measurable success
  • Passion for the skin care industry and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client
  • Social Media, actively engage in social media, showcasing expertise, treatment results, and brand awareness through personal content creation, advertising, and maintaining an active following to attract and educate clients.
  • Sales and marketing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, and services, tailoring information to meet customer needs
  • Ability to speak to our services and products to encourage ongoing client engagement.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and check-out procedures for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas within the Medspa
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, and services to enhance client awareness
  • Address guests questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
