We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 -17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive booking requests from purchases department and submit respective bookings to the indicated shipping line as per the customers' requirements
• Contact & sort out with shipping lines any issues occurring in transportation
• Provide forecasts, planning and any other information necessary to the shipping lines we cooperate
• Update internal database regarding charges and information related to bookings
• Check invoices, discrepancies and contact shipping lines to resolve any disputed cases
• Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field

• Experience in a similar position, in shipping industry

• Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
