We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on account statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies

• Monitor and update credit limits in coordination with the relevant teams

• Act as a liaison between VIPA, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth resolution of issues
• Manage and document claims and disputes, following up both internally and externally
• Review and analyze the reasons for stand-by invoices and ensure proper handling
• Communicate effectively with different departments within VIPA and external partners when necessary

• Prepare and maintain reports for management and administration

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Shipping or any other related field
• At least two years of experience in the shipping industry, preferably in auditing/dispute department

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
