We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Department. Detail-oriented and well-organized professional, able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Previous experience in international environments or structured companies will be considered a plus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Posting and managing sales invoices and credit notes (Italy, EU and non-EU)

• Handling Intrastat reporting and compliance related to intra-community transactions

• Creating and maintaining customer and bank master data in the ERP system

• Monitoring, recording and reconciling incoming payments

• Supporting the accounting team in periodic closings and reporting

• Communicating with clients regarding accounting checks or invoice clarifications

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience in accounts receivable / customer accounting

• Solid knowledge of electronic invoicing and VAT regulations

• Experience with Intrastat and international transactions

• Excellent IT skills (ERP systems, advanced Excel)

• Accuracy, reliability and strong team-working skills

• Educational background in Accounting, Economics or similar fields
