We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract. This is an entry-level position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Be in charge of data entry and electronic document management

• Handle customer inquiries and orders

• Communicate with customers

• Collaborate with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field

• Experience in a office setting for a year will be a plus

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills 

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
