We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, on a non-fixed contract, at our offices in Thermi & City Center locations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation to ensure the smooth and on-time delivery of goods

• Communication with clients across and out of Europe countries

• Support clients in every stage of their contract by providing excellent customer service

• In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management

• Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration

• Preferably 2 years of experience in Back office position, or sales

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
