We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:30 -17:30, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Register and maintain packing lists correctly

  • Systematic photo registration and filing

  • Handling of VGM (Verified Gross Mass) and SI (Shipping Instructions)

  • Communicate shipment and order details to suppliers

  • Prepare and follow up on transport orders

  • Support in closing shipments and clearances

  • Coordinating with forwarders/customs agents of customs procedures and required documents

  • Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field

  • Experience in a similar position at least 1 year

  • Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
