We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with traders to coordinate and confirm purchase orders
Prepare and provide all necessary documentation and information to shipping lines regarding cargo details
Receive booking requests and submit corresponding bookings to shipping lines, ensuring compliance with each customer’s specific requirements
Liaise with shipping lines to resolve any major issues or discrepancies related to bookings
Coordinate with suppliers to address and implement amendments in monthly orders, ensuring alignment with both supplier capabilities and customer expectations
Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of customer requirements
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience in a similar position, purchases or shipping industry
Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
