We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with traders to coordinate and confirm purchase orders

  • Prepare and provide all necessary documentation and information to shipping lines regarding cargo details

  • Receive booking requests and submit corresponding bookings to shipping lines, ensuring compliance with each customer’s specific requirements

  • Liaise with shipping lines to resolve any major issues or discrepancies related to bookings

  • Coordinate with suppliers to address and implement amendments in monthly orders, ensuring alignment with both supplier capabilities and customer expectations

  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of customer requirements


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field

  • Experience in a similar position, purchases or shipping industry

  • Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
