We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:30 -17:30, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Register and maintain packing lists correctly
Systematic photo registration and filing
Handling of VGM (Verified Gross Mass) and SI (Shipping Instructions)
Communicate shipment and order details to suppliers
Prepare and follow up on transport orders
Support in closing shipments and clearances
Coordinating with forwarders/customs agents of customs procedures and required documents
Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience in a similar position at least 1 year
Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
