Account Executive - SaaS Sales

GTM Overview

  • All pipeline comes inbound through free trials or demo requests, with 200+ demos per month

  • Core customers include in-house talent acquisition teams and recruiting agencies

  • Deal cycles are 2 to 3 weeks depending on trial participation

  • Large opportunities to upsell our existing 2,000+ customers, many with larger recruiting teams

  • Strong track record of winning against legacy recruiting tech products

Requirements

  • Experience closing ACVs of $10K to $50K

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota (Presidents Club, Top 10%, MVP, etc.)

  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to Heads of TA, VP People, or HR leaders

  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth using free sign-ups as the primary channel

  • Experience working in a small GTM team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100K to $120K, depending on experience

  • Uncapped commission
