Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role
We're seeking energetic and motivated individuals who are eager to launch their careers in sales. No prior SDR experience is required. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates who want to learn, grow, and succeed in the tech sales industry. You'll be on the front lines connecting with bookkeepers, sparking their interest, and convincing them to schedule a demo with us.

What You'll Do
- Find and research prospective customers (bookkeepers).
 - Reach out through cold calls, cold emails, and social media.
 - Develop a strong understanding of our product and what makes people buy it.
 - Write clever, personalized emails that get attention and drive responses.
 - Help build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

- A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to break into sales
 - Excited about the opportunity and come prepared, energized, and curious in interviews.
 - Competitive and driven you've shown high performance in school, extracurriculars, sports, or past jobs.
 - Resilient and willing to make cold calls.
 - Strong communicator who's creative and resourceful.
