About the Role
We are building our talent pool for detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistants who can support real estate professionals with administrative, marketing, cold calling, and client management tasks. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in real estate operations who can efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, brokers, or property managers
- Manage listings by updating property details on MLS and other listing platforms
- Schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses
- Prepare and organize real estate contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups through calls, emails, or chat
- Assist with lead generation, cold calling, leads scraping, CRM management, and database updates
- Support marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media or property websites
- Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) reports
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth transactions
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role within the real estate industry
- Familiarity with real estate processes, listings, and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency with real estate and productivity tools, such as:
- CRM systems (KVCore, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce)
- MLS platforms and listing management tools
- Transaction management tools (Dotloop, Brokermint, Skyslope)
- Marketing and design tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Trello)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of U.S. real estate practices, compliances, and time zones preferred
