Production Lead
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Salary: $26 per hour

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Lead to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage people and processes in a machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting with loud machinery and active production operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production functions, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and leading your team with accountability and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and manage a team of production employees

• Oversee and coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory functions

• Assign daily tasks and prioritize work based on orders and business needs

• Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate goals and address challenges

• Monitor production flow and follow up on outstanding orders

• Maintain safety standards and ensure production targets are met

• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or machine shop setting
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order management
  
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage shifting priorities
  
• Comfortable working in a shop environment with loud machinery
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  
• Must be a self-starter who works well under minimal supervision
