About the Role

This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a modern, fully virtual care environment that supports efficient, high-quality patient care. The role includes triage, chat, and video-based consultations, rapid access to specialist input, and streamlined coordination of labs, imaging, and referrals within established patient networks.

Physicians in this role provide care across a broad range of acuity and clinical complexity while leveraging next-generation digital health tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual care through chat and video visits

• Manage patients across varying levels of acuity and complexity

• Collaborate with specialists and care teams for timely clinical decision-making

• Utilize digital tools and workflows to support efficient care delivery

• Participate in weekend coverage (2 weekends per month minimum)

• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week

Qualifications

• MD or DO with a background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• 5–10 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• At least 2 years of telehealth experience

• Active medical licenses covering at least 40% of the U.S. population

• Strong interest in digital-first and next-generation healthcare delivery models

• Comfortable practicing across all levels of clinical acuity

• Fast learner with new technology, tools, and operational processes

• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States
