We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist to join a well-established inpatient care team in Midwest City, Oklahoma. This position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive, high-quality care within a stable and respected practice that has been serving the community for many years.
This is a full-time inpatient role with no outpatient clinic duties, ideal for a physician who values teamwork, continuity of care, and work-life balance.

Schedule: 7 days on to 7 days off (Daytime)

Salary: $320,000 to $350,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning.

Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the hospital setting.

Collaborate closely with nursing staff, specialists, and case management teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and clinical discussions.

Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record (EMR).

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote coordinated, patient-centered care.
Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Valid and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license (required).

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred).

Prior hospitalist or inpatient care experience strongly preferred.

Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
