Location: Remote – United States
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 base + uncapped commission

Position Summary
A growing transportation provider is seeking a Flatbed Logistics Sales Executive to expand business across industrial, construction, manufacturing, and specialized freight sectors. This role focuses on new business development within flatbed, step-deck, heavy haul, and specialized capacity markets.
The position offers strong earning potential and autonomy within a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Develop new shipper relationships requiring flatbed and specialized transportation

Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, quoting, negotiation, onboarding

Target construction, steel, energy, machinery, and oversized freight markets
Account Management

Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication

Identify cross-selling and capacity expansion opportunities

Track and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
Market & Operational Collaboration

Partner with operations and carrier procurement teams to ensure service execution

Stay informed on flatbed market trends, pricing, and capacity conditions

Ensure margin alignment and service reliability
Qualifications

3+ years freight brokerage or transportation sales experience

Direct flatbed, step-deck, heavy haul, or specialized freight experience preferred

Proven track record of new business generation

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Familiarity with TMS, CRM platforms, and freight pricing structures
