About the Role ‍

We are seeking experienced Account Executives who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are excited to sell an innovative hardware + software solution to B2B buyers in traditional industries such as real estate, logistics, manufacturing, and public safety.

You'll join a high-performing sales team driving full-cycle deals from prospecting to close while playing a key role in shaping the sales process as the company scales.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success selling into real-world businesses (not just tech companies) and brings a combination of consultative selling skills, technical curiosity, and grit.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Exceed quarterly quota by managing a robust, high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to generate and maintain pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Understand buyer journeys across diverse customer types from single-location owners to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Educate and consult with customers on how the product delivers measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Work with internal teams to structure competitive, profitable proposals.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide precise sales forecasting and activity tracking.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement by sharing insights and best practices with the broader sales team.

Who You Are

  • A consultative, customer-focused seller who thrives on helping businesses solve real problems.
  • Experienced in startup SaaS sales, particularly hardware + software bundles for non-tech industries.
  • Skilled in managing mid-market or enterprise sales cycles (typically 60 - 90 days).
  • Passionate about understanding your product deeply and explaining it simply to non-technical buyers.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating value in dollar terms.
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated to succeed in a remote, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Bring ‍

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role, with 2+ years closing deals directly.
  • Background in vertical SaaS startups or fast-growing B2B companies.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Clear record of growth or promotion in previous roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and basic financial modeling in Excel.
  • Comfort working in a startup where playbooks are evolving and autonomy is expected.
