We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Installer to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time role with opportunities for overtime and career advancement, including a path to Foreman. The Fence Installer will be responsible for installing prop-up fences primarily for construction sites and local businesses using company trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install fences, especially prop-up fences for construction sites

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Load, unload, and lift materials to 45 lbs

• Drive company pickup truck for local business visits

• Perform duties efficiently while adhering to safety standards

• Be available for overtime as needed, usually after regular job hours

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience installing fences, preferably in construction-related environments

• Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving a pickup truck

• Physically able to lift to 45 lbs regularly

• Availability for overtime work

• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to work under some pressure

• Willingness to work onsite and travel locally to job sites
