About the Role
We're looking for our first Strategy & Operations hire to take over customer success and supply-side growth from the founding team.
You'll partner directly with elite recruiters managing six-figure accounts to help them scale their businesses, close top-tier talent, and win new clients. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that blends operations, strategy, and growth, with direct visibility and influence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Create and scale the Customer Success Playbook for recruiter success.
 - 
Partner directly with recruiters, product leaders, and executives to drive adoption and expansion.
 - 
Own post-sale success: deployment, onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, and renewals.
 - 
Collaborate with product and engineering to design AI-powered success workflows (nudges, health scores, self-serve expansion).
 - 
Lead QBRs, success plans, and executive recaps that make renewals and expansions seamless.
 - 
Translate unstructured processes into repeatable, scalable systems as the team grows.
 
What Were Looking For
- 2 - 8 years of experience in GTM, Strategy & Ops at a startup, or backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, or VC.
 Customer-facing experience (startup, VC, consulting, or elite organizations).
- 
Strong track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Series Apre-IPO).
 - 
Excellent communicator skilled at simplifying complex ideas.
 - 
High agency & hustle thrives under pressure and ambiguity.
 - 
Process-oriented with ability to design scalable systems from scratch.
 - 
Sharp, adaptable, and able to context-switch across multiple priorities.
 - 
Evidence of exceptional achievement (founder experience, competitive programs, leadership in major initiatives).
 - 
Must be onsite in San Francisco, 5 days/week (relocation support available).
 - 
US visa sponsorship available for the right candidates
 
Compensation
 Salary: $120k - $230k (DOE)
