Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time
Compensation: PHP 16,000 - PHP 18,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Additional Hours: Required to join team meetings at 9:00 PM on Mondays and 10:00 PM on Fridays
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our remote team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition who is comfortable working early hours and collaborating with global teams.
As a Recruiter you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting internal hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

Post job openings on various job boards and manage applicant tracking systems

Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews

Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records and reports

Support employer branding and candidate engagement efforts

Participate in weekly team meetings and provide recruitment updates

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Experience working remotely with distributed teams

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media sourcing

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Availability to work early morning hours (3:00 AM 7:00 AM PHT)

Must be available for additional meetings at 9:00 AM on Mondays and 10:00 AM on Fridays
