Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time
Compensation: PHP 16,000 - PHP 18,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Philippine Time)

  • Additional Hours: Required to join team meetings at 9:00 PM on Mondays and 10:00 PM on Fridays


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our remote team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition who is comfortable working early hours and collaborating with global teams.

As a Recruiter you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting internal hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

  • Post job openings on various job boards and manage applicant tracking systems

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews

  • Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records and reports

  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement efforts

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and provide recruitment updates

  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media sourcing

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Availability to work early morning hours (3:00 AM 7:00 AM PHT)

  • Must be available for additional meetings at 9:00 AM on Mondays and 10:00 AM on Fridays
