Client Service Administrator

Location: East Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
A fine home furnishings company based in East Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join its close-knit and collaborative team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients and supporting cross-departmental coordination. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and timeliness

Communicate the condition of items based on internal updates and inspection reports

Compile information from various departments and prepare internal reports

Collaborate with internal teams (Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Accounting) to resolve issues

Maintain digital and physical filing systems

Scan and upload documents into company databases or software

Follow written procedures, instructions, and standard operating protocols (SOPs) accurately

Use Microsoft Office tools and internal logs to manage tasks and documentation
Qualifications:

Prior experience in administrative support or office coordination

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with spreadsheets and email platforms

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work

Ability to follow instructions and company procedures reliably

Experience in a small team or cross-functional environment is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
