Job Description

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a respected international automotive manufacturer seeking a Process Engineer to join their innovative Kansas City facility. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes with a focus on injection molding of plastics.

• Troubleshoot and improve efficiency of automated systems and robotics on the production floor.

• Analyze and refine process flows to reduce cost, waste, and production time.

• Interface with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure robust production performance.

• Lead initiatives involving PLC programming, robotics calibration, and mold tooling improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

• ️ 3+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering in a manufacturing setting.

• Deep expertise in injection molding of plastics.

• Solid understanding of automotive manufacturing standards.

• Familiarity with robotic systems and PLC programming (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens).
