Candidate Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in:

  • Non-asset brokerage sales

  • Working with 3PLs and supply chain manufacturers ($4B$40B revenue)

• Hunter mentality; self-starter

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Experience with shippers who:

  • Use 5+ brokers

  • Work with Walmart, Target

• Understanding of brokerage operations

• Ability to prioritize, follow up, and build strong relationships

• Attention to detail

• Cross-functional team collaboration

Preferred (Not Required)

• Software sales experience (SaaS)
