Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms

• Screen resumes to assess qualifications based on job descriptions

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Communicate with candidates professionally via email and phone

• Support recruitment documentation and follow-up processes

• Conduct initial candidate assessments and prepare interview summaries

• Update and maintain applicant tracking tools and shared databases

What We're Looking For:

• Willingness to learn and a strong interest in the recruitment or HR industry

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)

• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and take initiative
