About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice OB with Delivery (FPOB) to join a respected community health organization in Southern Missouri. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will have the chance to serve a diverse patient population and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The organization is also a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site, providing eligibility for student loan repayment and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Prenatal & Delivery Care: Provide complete prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care to ensure the health and well-being of mothers and infants.

Primary Care: Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, emphasizing prevention and education.

Womens Health: Conduct routine gynecological exams, screenings, and counseling to promote overall womens wellness.

Collaboration: Partner with medical professionals, behavioral health specialists, and support staff to deliver integrated, high-quality care.

Community Engagement: Participate in local health initiatives and outreach programs that advance the mission of equitable care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and treatment documentation.

Professional Growth: Stay current with clinical best practices and complete continuing medical education to maintain licensure and board certification.
Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Active or eligible Missouri medical license.

OB and delivery experience required.

Active DEA registration and BNDD license (or eligibility to obtain).

Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
