About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (IC) to lead core consumer experiences for our General Medicine platform, spanning from first touch to visit completion and follow-up.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for a product leader with exceptional product sense and design intuition who thrives in fast-moving, real-world systems. You'll drive product strategy, define north-star metrics, and collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver best-in-class consumer healthcare experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Own the General Medicine consumer roadmap and key outcomes, including activation, visit conversion, CSAT/NPS, and retention.

  • Define a clear product vision and measurable goals, turning strategy into actionable and prioritized roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with Design to deliver elegant, design-led, and high-quality user experiences.

  • Partner with clinicians, care ops, and engineering to model real-world workflows including scheduling, rescheduling, insurance, and escalation paths.

  • Ship iteratively prototype, test, and launch new features from 0 to 1 while rigorously analyzing performance data.

  • Ensure reliability and trust through robust systems, intuitive fallback states, and strong user communication.

  • Lead discovery by conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis (SQL, dashboards) to uncover actionable insights.

  • Proven success in high-growth startups that scaled from Series A to D.

  • Experience at top-tier consumer technology companies or as a founder/operator in a fast-paced environment.

  • Full-stack product ownership experience from ideation and design through execution and analytics.
