About the Role 

We are building our talent pool for creative and results-driven Social Media Managers who excel in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about brand storytelling, community engagement, and driving digital growth through innovative content. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth 
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.) 
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns 
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency 
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities 
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports 
  • Manage organic & paid social campaigns (as needed) and support influencer or partnership initiatives 
  • Stay current with emerging social media tools, best practices, and platform updates 

Qualifications 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar digital marketing role 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, report analytics, and engagement tactics 
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice consistency 
  • Proficiency with social media and analytics tools, such as: 
  • Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social 
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) 
  • Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other analytics tools 
  • Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Slack) 
  • Ability to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns independently in a remote setup. 
  • Knowledge of paid advertising, content scheduling, and community management is a plus
