About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketer to help lead high-impact initiatives across product marketing and content. This will be a highly visible role, working closely with product, design, customer success, and leadership to bring new features to market and clearly communicate product value across the customer journey.
This is a true zero-to-one opportunity. You'll help define the product marketing motion, experiment across channels, and establish how we launch, position, and scale new products.
What You'll Do

Craft clear, compelling messaging for product features and updates across website, social, and marketing channels

Design and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches across web, email, in-product messaging, and social

Create internal enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards to support Sales and Customer Success

Partner with design and growth teams to develop creative assets and campaigns

Conduct customer interviews and competitive research to inform positioning and messaging

Collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap using customer insights

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives
You're a Strong Fit If You

Have 2–5 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing at a high-growth SaaS company

Are a strong writer with a clear, persuasive communication style

Are comfortable engaging directly with customers and translating insights into action

Can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while moving quickly

Have experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and design teams
Nice to Have

Experience with AI products, developer tools, or HR technology

Strong design instincts or experience working closely with designers or creators

Familiarity with email automation, lifecycle marketing, or growth experimentation
