We are actively seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction estimating and a strong ability to read plans, perform take-offs, and develop accurate cost estimates. The Estimator will play a key role in supporting bidding efforts and ensuring projects are competitively and accurately priced.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material selections

• Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment

• Research vendor pricing and evaluate special project conditions

• Prepare, compile, and submit bids within required deadlines

• Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Support post-award handoff to project management teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 1–5 years of related construction experience
  (sheet metal, waterproofing, roofing, or similar construction fields)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, CAD drawings, and work orders

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Proficiency with email and basic computer applications

• Ability to perform light lifting (up to 15 lbs) and occasional office mobility
