Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality outpatient primary care within a community health clinic environment. This position offers strong clinical collaboration, excellent provider support, and the opportunity to serve diverse and medically underserved patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages

  • Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and diagnostic evaluations

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within scope of practice

  • Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up services

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license

  • Board certification (NP or NCCPA)

  • Current BLS certification and active DEA registration

  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred

  • Experience in community health is a plus

  • Bilingual skills preferred

Compensation

$131,040 – $170,352 annually (based on experience)
