This position is 100% remote.
Specific responsibilities include:
Bulding a world-class client services team that has a client-first mindset and is focused on delivering for our clients on every project, every day
Establishing an overall account management method, toolset, and metrics set to drive visibility, accountability, and results
Driving consisten revenue growth across all geographies and service offerings
Coaching, mentoring and enabling team members to help them maximize their potential.
