About this Role

We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented Power Platform professional to join us in a full-time, long-term role. This person will play a key role in scaling and maturing internally built Power Platform solutionsused across multiple business teams. Over the past year, our internal team has developed several Power Platform applications to support day-to-day business operations. These solutions are not large enterprise systems, but focused, purpose-built tools tailored to the needs of individual teams. We are now at a stage where deeper technical expertise is needed to extend, standardize, and professionalize the platform. This role requires someone who is hands-on technically, but also comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, understanding their processes, challenging requirements, and translating them into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and extend applications using the full capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform
• Act as a technical partner to internal business teams to understand workflows, processes, and pain points, gather and refine requirements; propose technical solutions and improvements.
• Develop and maintain solutions across the Power Platform Stack: Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations, automation, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power BI (reports and dashboards), Power Apps / Power Platform Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power Sales.
• Improve solution architecture, reusability, and maintainability
• Ensure proper governance, security, and performance best practices
• Collaborate with existing internal teams and guide them with technical expertise
• Support continuous improvement and future expansion of the platform

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience across the full Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven expertise in: Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Dataverse, Power BI reporting, Power Pages, Copilot Studio
• Broad technical understanding beyond low-code (APIs, integrations, data modeling)
• Experience building business-facing internal applications
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
• Strong communication skills — able to translate business needs into technical designs
• Comfortable interacting with non-technical stakeholders and multiple teams
• Good level of English (you will be working in an English-speaking team).
