About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power BI Professional to support a Swiss client (construction domain) in the implementation of management dashboards. The role requires an independent, experienced professional who can not only build dashboards but also understand the data, ensure its quality, and make it actionable and easy to understand for business leaders.

Engagement Details

• Duration: 3+ months (possible extension).
• Workload: Full-time or 20+ hours per week (part-time).
• Location: Fully remote, no travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement clear, easy-to-read Power BI dashboards tailored for management use.
• Work independently, driving the project from data exploration to final delivery.
• Assess and integrate data from multiple, diverse sources.
• Ensure data quality and reliability across dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong visual storytelling.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term usability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Proven track record of independently delivering dashboards for management/leadership teams.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of data quality and governance.
• Ability to connect, model, and visualize data from multiple disparate sources.
• Strong communication skills (English) to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
