About this role
The end client has been accelerating fast on its digital strategy and has moved to a develop the Paid Media division. In order to extract the most out of their campaigns, the cleint is seeking Paid Media Experts who can drive advertising as a channel for our email camapigns. The person should be knowledgeable but quite operational as well, who can work with various team members to either do improvements to existing campaigns or build new paid media campaigns with us. The topics can include understanding of technical set up such as product feed, pixels & tags on website and understanding customer journey
This is a fully remote position with anticipated 100% engagement. The initial duration is till the end of 2026 with possible extension. The ideal start date is July 6th, 2026 (with a certain level of flexibility).
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed business requirements and translate them into work packages for scrum teams.
- Define campaign scope, phases, and sprint-based implementation.
- Collaborate with Campaign Architects, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and regional teams to design Paid Media flows.
- Build and improve Paid Media campaigns across multiple markets.
- Translate customer journeys into media strategies and KPIs.
- Align technical setups (pixels, tags, product feeds, CRM segmentation) with stakeholders.
- Launch campaigns in several markets, ensuring readiness of translations, content, and technical inputs.
- Track KPIs and ensure accurate reporting with the Data & Performance team.
- Identify improvements in campaign logic, ad channels, audience segmentation, and creative variants.
- Provide feedback on ad content/storylines and propose new creative directions.
- Build content briefs (images, videos, social assets) for agencies and content studios.
- Align with Content team on changes and localization requirements.
- Work with agencies to deliver high-quality creative aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure clear processes for managing leads from forms, software trials, and social campaigns.
- Define user flows from ads to lead capture and website traffic.
- Document campaign flows, requirements, and changes in Confluence.
- Create and manage tickets in JIRA for scrum teams.
- Formalize campaign documentation for future iterations (v2, v3, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven track record in Paid Media campaign management (multi-market experience preferred).
- Experience working with agencies and content studios on creative development.
- Background in digital marketing strategy, customer journey mapping, and KPI definition.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (scrum, sprints, backlog management).
- Prior experience in lead generation campaigns and handling processes.
- Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GMP.
- Experience with CRM systems and segmentation (filters, audience attributes).
- Understanding of pixels, tags, product feeds, and tracking setups (UTMs, codes).
- Familiarity with campaign management tools (Marketing Cloud, Advertising Studio).
- Ability to work with data teams on KPI tracking and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English (B2+)
