About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Engineer to lead the design and development of complex digital commerce solutions on the Salesforce B2B Commerce platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with architectural oversight and mentorship responsibilities.

You will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance commerce solutions, guiding junior engineers, and contributing to technical strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions
• Develop and customize B2B Commerce storefronts, including catalog structure, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, and buyer account management
• Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration services
• Build and optimize complex product models, entitlements, workflows, and order management processes
• Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERP systems, payment gateways, shipping providers, and external APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects while ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the full software development lifecycle
• Create and maintain technical and architectural documentation
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and technical design discussions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
• Support and contribute to the overall technical vision and process strategy within the organization

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and commerce architectures
• Solid understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce platform capabilities
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development methodologies
