About the client

Our Client is a leading data-driven customer experience management company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company works with 12,000+ employees worldwide and has offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as locations in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Portugal.

The project is for the 100% capacity (40 hours weekly). The start date is September 8th and the planned end date of the initial contract engagement is December 31, 2025. There's also a high probability of extension. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard multiple Market Organizations (MOs) onto our client's global Paid Search Growth Program, ensuring each market adopts the standardized Google Ads campaign blueprint, localizes it effectively, and is fully integrated into the centrally owned account managed by our global agency. 
  • Own the campaign performances and support with recommendations to the paid search agency. 
  • Deep knowledge of paid search channels across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with a strong focus on ROI and business objectives. 
  • Extensive expertise of keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation to continuously improve campaign performance. 
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform strategic adjustments Market Onboarding & Project Management. 
  • Act as primary liaison between each region, the global paid media team, and our external agency during the 68week onboarding sprint. 
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding roadmap, track milestones, risks, and dependencies for 10-15 markets in 2025. 
  • Enable and oversee localization of the global campaign blueprint, ad copy, keyword sets, extensions, and negatives, by local stakeholders, ensuring quality and strategic alignment. 
  • Maintain and evolve the Onboarding Playbook, timelines, RACI, progress dashboards, and other governance assets. Governance & Reporting. 
  • Adapt the Looker Studio dashboard template for each new market; ensure data accuracy, naming convention compliance, and KPI alignment with the analytics team. 
  • Consolidate learnings and feed them into a scalable global governance model (processes, SLAs, documentation, QA checklists). Stakeholder Alignment. 
  • Ensure senior-level alignment on objectives, timelines, and KPIs across market stakeholders, global paid media leadership, and the external agency, acting as the central escalation point to resolve roadblocks swiftly and communicate decisions clearly. Continuous Improvement.
  • Recommend refinements to the campaign blueprint (structure, negatives, automation settings) based on cross-market insights and agency feedback. 

Skills & Experience 

  • 4-6 years hands-on Google Ads Search experience. 
  • Strong project-management track record (multimarket rollouts).
  • Proven ability to translate global frameworks into local market realities 
  • Knowledge of international search engines and cultural market differences. 
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and global team environment. 
  • Confident stakeholder management across seniority levels and cultures. 
  • Strong analytical skills, generating campaign insights & recommendations. 
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with bulk editors & data QA. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Fluent English. 

Nice to Have 

  • Exposure to Microsoft Advertising.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio & Google Analytics.
