About the client
Our Client is a leading data-driven customer experience management company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company works with 12,000+ employees worldwide and has offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as locations in Czechia, Serbia and Portugal.
We're looking for an SF Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) Architect to join our multinational team with locations om Czechia and Serbia. The project is for 50% capacity and has a duration of 3 months.
Job description
MCI Architect that can review a Dashboard setup and suggest/implement solutions to optimize it. Has experience and expertise on campaign dashboards templates and formats. Has the ability to finalize the dashboard template and make it ready for use.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
To be able to start using the dashboard template for the campaigns reporting we need an expert who will:
- Work on the overall optimization of the data streams and mapping, to keep the tool efficient and avoid exceeding limits.
- Update and optimize the data streams (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SFMC, etc.) and fix the connections.
- Suggest and implement optimized solution for adding the new data streams e.g. CRM, Youtube and making sure the required data is showing in a right way.
- Ensure filtering solution, consistent across different data streams (more complex case for GA4 part).
- Improve the visual part of the dashboard template updating the colors according to the SN branding, ensuring the tables/graphs are structured well, filters are working well - so the dashboard extracted in xls/pdf/ppt looks good and is easy to read.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Very good knowledge of English in writing and speaking.
Once the dashboard template is ready to use, as next steps it would be also great to get expertise and guidance on:
- Definition of the process on adding new data streams, data governance framework, etc.
- Process of regular data audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Monitoring and ensuring all data streams are connected and running successfully (transferring the data).
- Ways to automate data collection, data clean up and harmonization.
- Defining the best practices for the data capture and structure.
- Investigating the process of pushing actions from MCI, based on campaign data.
Required Skills & Competencies
- SF Marketing Cloud Intelligence Certification.
- Expert in MCI tool.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in technical implementation to effectively deliver Marketing Cloud Intelligence projects for customers.
- Knowledge of different data streams (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SFMC, etc.).
- Dashboard visuals for end users.
