About Our Client

Our client is a London-based startup revolutionizing financial operations by integrating generative AI into bookkeeping and compliance processes. Their AI co-pilot automates tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliation, and fraud detection, enabling accountants to focus on strategic decision-making. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or data-intensive environments and a Python (FastAPI) specialist.
• Good experience in React.
• Deep expertise in designing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices, specifically using FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL), schema design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Strong interest and foundational understanding of AI system architectures and generative AI models.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with strong collaboration and communication skills.
