Our Client is a leading data-driven customer experience management company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company works with 12,000+ employees worldwide and has offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as locations in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Portugal.

About the role

Responsible for designing and implementing global SAP CRM template solutions based on business requirements. The role includes process redesign, system customization, testing, roll-out support, maintenance, and 3rd level support within a global environment.

Responsibilities


- Design & realise global template processes by working on solution concepts and process design for defined business requirements. 

- Redesign existing processes by customizing and establishing specifications of developments and by executing testing 

- Design specific business requirements (if required and agreed) 

- To be part of the global roll-out implementation (local Business Blueprint, Realisation, Integration Test, Go-Live Support), in charge of the implementation of the Richemont template in the area of CRM, while doing parallel roll-outs. 

- To debug in order to identify root cause of issues and errors in new developments 

- Provide training and maintenance during implementation phase as well as to the regional competence centers.

- Responsible for maintenance and release upgrade 

- Provide 3rd level support for the regional competence centers (core system enhancement, if required helpdesk handling, escalation contact for 2nd level support). 

- Work on documentation


Requirements


- Strong SAP CRM configuration and customization experience (8+ years)

- Experience in global roll-outs and full project lifecycle 

- Debugging and testing expertise 

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and documentation abilities (good level of English is required)
