About this role
You will join the Information Security team within the end client's Information & Data (I&D) division. The team is responsible for protecting the client's information assets and enabling the secure and responsible use of data across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Data Security Manager, you will work closely with Information Security teams (Cyber Resilience & Operations, GRC), Data Engineering, and business stakeholders across the client.
This role will act as a strategic partner to drive the design and establishment ofthe client's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capability.
You will play a leading role in shaping the client's DLP program from the ground up, focusing on strategy, architecture, and end-to-end program definition.
This is a fully remote position with anticipated 100% engagement. The initial duration is 9 months with possible extension. The ideal start date is August 3rd, 2026 (with a certain level of flexibility).
Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end DLP program definition, from current-state assessment to future-state architecture.
- Driving requirements gathering across business and technical stakeholders and translating them into actionable DLP use cases and controls.
- Managing or supporting RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Defining DLP strategy and technology roadmap, including evaluation of existing tools (e.g., Netskope) and potential new solutions.
- Designing a holistic DLP architecture across prioritized channels (primarily cloud and web).
- Translating data risks, regulatory requirements, and business context into policies, detection scenarios, and governance frameworks.
- Defining the operating model for DLP, including processes, roles, and lifecycle management.
- Advising stakeholders and senior leadership on trade-offs, prioritization, and implementation approaches.
- Supporting adoption, communication, and awareness across business teams.
- This role is primarily strategic and architectural, requiring strong experience designing DLP capabilities in large enterprises rather than focusing on a single tool.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale DLP programs end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in DLP strategy, architecture, and solution design across multiple channels (cloud, web, endpoints, etc.).
- Experience with vendor selection, RFP processes, and DLP solution benchmarking.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical controls and policies.
- Experience working in complex, enterprise environments with multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, SaaS, etc.).
- Good understanding of data protection, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with both technical teams and business leadership.
- Ability to operate in a vendor-agnostic and future-looking environment (not tied to a single tool).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good level of English (B2+) as you will be working in an English-speaking team
