About the role
We are looking for a tech-savvy MarTech Architect/Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Marketo to support the design, execution, and optimization of marketing automation initiatives. This role will provide strategic and technical leadership in campaign architecture, platform integrations, and stakeholder enablement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the {Marketo subject matter expert}, advising on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve current and future Marketo campaigns.
- Design and implement advanced Marketo features such as lead scoring, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and dynamic content.
- Manage and optimize Marketo integrations with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), APIs, and third-party tools.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing technology solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain documentation of campaign architecture, processes, and configurations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo (certification is a must).
- Experience with Marketo integrations (Salesforce, APIs, webhooks).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).
- Experience with project management tool (Monday) integration
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication (B2+ level of English Language) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.
