About our Client and the role

Our Client is a US-based platform for network and infrastructure management.

We're seeking for a Product Designer to complement our existing design capabilities and help advance our design system. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences for data-heavy, technical products, working closely with product and engineering teams from discovery through implementation.

This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable balancing high information density with usability, and who enjoys designing for technically sophisticated users operating complex workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for data-intensive applications, including analytics, observability tools, and visual explorers
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, clarity, and extensibility
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation, translating insights into actionable design improvements
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers during design sprints, from ideation through delivery
  • Partner with engineering to support design implementation, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer working on complex, data-driven or technical products (we will request that you share your portfolio).
  • Strong ability to design for information-dense interfaces without compromising usability
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with engineering teams in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
  • Availability to overlap with US East Coast and/or UK working hours
  • Good level of English language as you will be working with an English-speaking team.
