Role Overview

The Disposition Manager is responsible for marketing contracted properties, managing buyer relationships, and coordinating the sale or assignment of deals.

This role ensures each opportunity is presented clearly, handled professionally, and moved forward efficiently.

Success in this position comes from strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple buyer interactions at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available properties to a network of qualified buyers
• Manage buyer inquiries, questions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate property access, showings, and inspections as needed
• Collect and evaluate buyer offers
• Communicate deal details clearly and accurately
• Work closely with acquisition and transaction teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Update deal status and buyer activity within the CRM

Requirements

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and deadlines
• Ability to present property information accurately and confidently
• Familiarity with real estate transactions is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
