Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced outbound professional to lead and own the entire outbound sales strategy. This role is not for junior-level applicants or script-followers. The ideal candidate has successfully built, executed, and optimized omnichannel outbound systems and can consistently generate qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the complete outbound and lead generation strategy
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
  • Build targeted prospect lists and lead databases
  • Develop messaging frameworks and multi-touch sequences
  • Execute omnichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, social, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize outbound tools, CRM, and automation systems
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics
  • Handle early-stage qualification conversations
  • Consistently book high-quality, qualified sales calls
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Test new channels, messaging angles, and targeting strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B outbound sales and lead generation experience
  • Proven experience owning and scaling omnichannel outbound systems
  • Strong background in prospecting, list building, and data sourcing
  • Demonstrated success in booking qualified meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of deliverability and outreach optimization
  • Excellent written and fluent spoken English
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
