Mid Level Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing services and applications.
• Develop new services and features to support operational requirements.
• Build and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Integrate new tools, AI software, and third-party services into existing systems.
• Ensure existing services remain stable, reliable, and scalable.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Provide ongoing technical support and resolve issues related to existing and newly developed services.

Required Qualifications:

• Full-Stack Development: Mid-level experience in full-stack software development, with strong proficiency in Node.js across both frontend and backend systems.
  
• Architecture & Databases: Solid understanding of backend architecture, database design, and database management.
  
• APIs & Integrations: Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and connecting third-party services.
  
• AI Feature Integration: Experience integrating AI tools, software, or APIs into functional web applications.
  
• AI-Assisted Development: Daily experience using AI coding tools and assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, streamline debugging, and boost productivity.
  
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and standard collaborative development workflows.
  
• Core Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
