Key Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound and generated leads promptly (speed-to-lead is critical).
  • Make outbound calls to business owners and high-net-worth prospects.
  • Introduce financial planning solutions including annuities and 401(k) retirement strategies.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for licensed financial advisors.
  • Work multiple campaigns simultaneously depending on lead type and opportunity.
  • Manage and update all lead activity directly inside the CRM.
  • Properly disposition calls, update notes, and track follow-ups.
  • Use the provided dialer system to call leads from different campaign angles.
  • Maintain professionalism when speaking with business owners and high-level decision makers.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or B2B cold calling.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, annuities, or retirement planning is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with professionals and executives.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with inbound leads.
  • Comfortable handling high call volume and following structured call processes.
  • Strong attention to detail when updating CRM notes and dispositions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
