About the job Senior Accounting Manager & Client Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts for all clients.
2. Produce and reconcile month end financials for all clients.
3. Supervise a select group of clients and their accounts needs.
4. Work on special projects as needed.
5. Experience with the various Payroll Software such as QB's, Gusto, AME, Sure Payroll
6. Must have a deep understanding of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications
1. Have a positive "can do" attitude.
2. Have minimum of ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ค๐๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐.
3. An expert in QuickBooks Online with a ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ ๐-๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐.
4. Very strong with MS Excel spreadsheets.
5. Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Word.
6. Can manage ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ clients and deadlines.
7. Possess a ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ.
8. Especially professional and able to manage confidential information.
