About the Opportunity

We are expanding our insurance telesales operations and seeking motivated, results-driven professionals to join our insurance team. As a Telesales Representative, you'll engage directly with prospects and existing customers, present tailored Allstate insurance solutions, and either close sales opportunities or seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents for policy completion.

What You'll Do

• Make 350+ outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
• Actively sell and cross-sell Allstate insurance products using provided leads, including:

• Internet leads
• Win-back lists
• Cross-sell lists
• Re-quote lists

* Perform live transfers of qualified, engaged prospects to licensed insurance agents.
* Use the auto dialing system to manage and track leads efficiently.
* Convert conversations into policy opportunities, qualified appointments, or live transfers.
* Maintain a 40–45% contact rate and deliver 10-15 transfers per day
* Provide an excellent customer experience while consistently hitting performance targets.Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to influence, qualify, and close.

- Prior telesales, insurance, or call center sales experience are highly preferred.

- Ability to handle live transfer processes smoothly and professionally.

- Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-volume call environment.
