Product Photo Editor and Retoucher

Level: Mid-Level

Schedule: 4 hours daily, Monday–Friday

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Photo Editor & Retoucher to edit e-commerce product images and create realistic product mockups. The ideal candidate has strong Photoshop skills, basic Lightroom knowledge, and a good eye for detail, color, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch product photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Remove backgrounds, dust, scratches, and unwanted elements.
• Create clean selections and accurate masks.
• Place designs on curved or angled products and create realistic mockups.
• Use layers, Smart Objects, and adjustment layers for editable files.
• Adjust colors, lighting, exposure, and white balance.
• Maintain consistent image quality, color, and presentation across product sets.
• Export images in the required size and format.
• Process multiple images efficiently using Photoshop Actions and Lightroom presets.
• Check final images for quality and accuracy.
• Keep files organized and follow SOPs and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in product photo editing, retouching, and mockup creation.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with color, lighting, and masking.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and file organization skills.
• Relevant portfolio of product editing and mockup work.

Equipment & Software

• Computer capable of handling Photoshop and large image files.
• Licensed Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Reliable monitor for reviewing image quality and colors.
• Stable internet connection.
