Position: Law Firm Virtual Receptionist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role Overview

Our growing law firm is seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Virtual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients. This role is essential in delivering an excellent client experience, particularly when assisting individuals in potentially stressful or sensitive legal situations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and confident in handling client communications, scheduling, and intake processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule consultations and manage the firm's calendar efficiently
  • Conduct new client intake calls and gather essential information
  • Respond promptly to emails and client inquiries
  • Send intake forms and follow up with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
